ORDER PROCESSING TIME: The Carry Haus ensures swift order processing, with all orders being processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched and received by the carrier, you will be provided with a Track-and-Trace code, enabling you to monitor the shipping progress. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES: If you need to modify the shipping address for your order, please contact us via email, including your new shipping address. It's important to note that once the order is shipped, we are unable to alter the shipping address.

SHIPPING METHODS, COSTS, AND DELIVERY TIMES: Shipping costs are computed during the checkout process based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. The shipping methods and delivery times per region are outlined in the following table:

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to most military addresses.

PACKAGES DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING WHILE IN TRANSIT: If you suspect your parcel is lost or missing during transit, please contact us via email. We will liaise with the shipping company to investigate the issue. In the event of a confirmed loss, we will either dispatch a replacement free of charge or provide a full refund. For damaged packages, contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: 6.1 Return Due To Change of Mind: The Carry Haus happily accepts returns due to a change of mind, provided the request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned package, a full refund will be processed. 6.2 Warranty Returns: The Carry Haus offers a 30-day warranty period. For warranty claims, please submit the request within 30 days of receiving the package. While the customer covers the initial return shipping, we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Once we receive the package for the warranty claim, processing will occur within 7 days.
